The Team Behind the Healing

Meet Jodi

Too often therapy seems like a never ending process and it is difficult to determine what sort of "help" you are actually receiving. My goal is for you to put what you learn in therapy into your everyday life so that "life" actually gets better and you feel less "stuck". We all need that sounding board to make sure we are on track with our goals, looking at things that are bothering us correctly, and having that outlet to express your feelings and emotions without feeling judged.

With an emphasis on finding solutions, it is no mystery that I gravitate towards solution focused therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, and a Humanistic approach. This has been shown to be effective for a myriad of issues include family relationship challenges, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and anxiety.

Meet Anthony

Anthony has spent extensive time around horses and has a keen eye for understanding their temperament and noticing small but significant changes in how they interact and how they respond. Watching and observing the horse so that the individual can get more out of therapy, is a crucial element in equine assisted psychotherapy and we are pleased to have Anthony as a part of our Team.

Anthony pays attention to detail and will also ensure the safety of the client so that therapeutic growth can happen naturally.
